However, it has been part of recent forums in this regard.
- Geographical concerns about the distribution of CDM investments.
- A recent (Stern) report points to the need to begin to invest now in
efforts to address climate change.

improvement in the energy landscape.
- There is clearly a need to move more rapidly from policy to meaningful
action.
- Movement will require private-public collaboration.
- Saint Lucia must keep abreast of international trends.
