It serves to provide up to date information on climate change and other related issues in Saint Lucia as well as at the Regional and Global levels. What is Climate Change? Climate Change is the observed change in climate which can be attributed directly or indirectly to man's activities that change the composition of the atmosphere in addition to natural changes which occur from time to time by releasing which prevent heat from escaping the earth's atmosphere at a normal rate.
